I am Jayalakshmi the Manager – Admissions & Home School Relations (Primary & Pre-Primary Wings)

I am a graduate in Commerce and have done my Post Graduation Diploma in Business and Administrative Management  from APPC (Andhra Pradesh Productivity Council).

Basically I am a soft spoken and an open-minded person and so I respect the views of others. I have been a part of this institution since Jan 2006. Even though I have joined this institution  4 years ago, I feel that I am in this school  from many years.

The culture of our school attracted me so much as I attribute this to myself and it’s making students as good humanbeings
who are ready to face the future

School is a place where a child comes, inquires, explores, discusses and learn many new things, I’ve completely understood and liked the way IBO deals with the students and I explain the same to the parents who come for admissions. The students of Silver Oaks are the happiest children, I wish i had such schooling in  my childhood. I really appreciate the teachers here who study the behavior of each and every student.

I keep myself approachable to all the parents in listening and solving their queries. I try to be in their shoes to understand their problem. I really enjoy the job I am doing.
