Designing innovative learning patterns which elicit sustained interests of the learner is a passion with
Seetha Murty who comes with more than a decade and a half of experience in CBSE schools across the country.
Exposure to a Diaspora of Indian cultures and the mindsets of students across the country is an experience
acquired by her in the 20 years of life in the Indian Air Force Schools and various prestigious private schools in
Delhi, Gwalior, Mumbai and Shillong.
While providing them with ‘explore ‘n’ learn’ environment, she has chalked out a student friendly approach for
the learners at Silver Oaks who need to prepare for the Indian examination system.
Her leadership qualities have taken her up to the semi finals in the ‘Lead India’ Contest from Hyderabad,
which was conducted by the ‘Times of India’ in October 2007.
As an educator she writes regularly to newspapers on contemporary trends in education.
As the IB Coordinator of the School, she develops the Curriculum for ‘Primary Years Program’ and designs
the learning environment for senior Grades passionately. Training the teachers into personal and professional
effectiveness and grooming them into a proactive team are her strengths. She inspires the spirit of Silver Oaks
