Me & My Country program has been initiated by the School in 2006. Since then we have contributed to the progress of our country through various initiatives like, A Resolution Campaign, Fund Raising for Rural Education, Song of Hyderabad, A Book called Me & My Country, Green Campaign and many more.  

In 2009 we initiated a program called “Leader In Me”.

Leadership can be in-born, developed or imbibed. Different situations make people into leaders.

A person who can direct himself is a leader and a person who can lead himself and others are also leaders.We don’t need big movements or revolutions to show who is a leader. Even a simple step like grooming oneself is leadership, helping others to lead themselves is leadership and an initiative like clean n green campaign is also leadership. Leadership comes in different ways and dimensions.

We in the School are aiming to groom students into young people who can first lead themselves and then others and thereby the Country.we want to teach our students that there are leaders within our known community also. They have learnt about the leaders of the world but they know little about the leadership qualities their parents possess. We want them to discover that the people they meet everyday are also leaders in some way. We identify leaders from among the parents community through a structured program of collecting the citations, discussion of case studies, indentifying the leadership qualities & recognizing the ‘Leaders amongst Parents’.

We are sure that there is a leader in everyone who can make a difference in this world.

                                                            

Amongst many leaders in the parent community our team identified the following members as the best parent leaders who were given the honour of hoisting the National Flag on the 15th August 2009.
