A Teaching career of 15 years in Pre primary classes to Grade XII and an experience of 10 years as Coordinator, Head and Principal in different parts of the country helped Seetha Murty to develop progressive schooling patterns that ensure positive grooming of young people with character and competence.
Married to an Indian Air Force Officer she travelled , lived and taught in many parts of India. She believes that she has Masters in the University of Life. Her exposure to different geographical, cultural and economic contexts have given her insights into education systems, curricula and needs of parents and children. She believes that a progressive society can be built only when the members of the society are positive, progressive and knowledgeable. She is constantly working towards building capacities in teachers and contextualizing curriculum to the students.
A Masters in Political Science - MA and another Masters in Education -M Ed enhanced her natural interest in socio economic fabric of our society and the necessary educational needs. With the belief that education is for transforming an individual into a better human being, she has been consistently developing congruent practices in teaching and learning which emphasize on values and knowledge.

She has done a course on ‘Leading for Understanding’ with Project Zero classroom of Wide World-A part of Harvard Graduate School of Education Harvard University.

Transformed an existing State Board School to an International School in 5 years with an accreditation from IBO for the PYP program till Grade VI and an affiliation from CBSE till Grade XII.
Developed stimulating teaching and learning environment in the School, where Context, Concepts and Critical Thinking Skills are the benchmarks.
Designed and implemented Culture, and the Constitution of the School.
Introduced Policies in the School to ensure Sustainability in Thoughts and Actions
Initiated the civic and social responsibility of the school called ‘Me and My Country’ for young people to grow up along with the responsibility to build the nation.
Introduced and successfully implemented Dr Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People in the School to develop leadership in young people.
Her leadership qualities made her as one of the top 5 leaders in the Lead India contest held by Times Of India Hyderabad in Oct’07.

As a passionate trekker, she has trekked the mighty Himalayas 3 times so far reaching an altitude of 13500 ft.
